Data we collect automatically.

The Eventmaker CMS

Like most CMSs, Eventmaker natively stores a certain amount of data:

For logged-in users:
  • In the user profile: all profile information (signature (name or username), login and password)
  • In user sessions: IP address and other technical data specific to or linked to each user’s configuration
For non-logged-in users: a number of log files. These files may contain the user’s IP address. This data is stored only temporarily, as logs are automatically rotated.

Videos hosted by YouTube

Rights and protection of personal data

The website is hosted by Eventmaker, which implements all necessary technical, physical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or alteration, as well as unauthorised access.


Retention and storage

Our website and your personal data are under the responsibility of Fédération Addiction as the Data Controller and are processed by the company Eventmaker. All data is stored in databases that are regularly backed up so that they can be restored. We only store your data for as long as is necessary to provide the service.

Cookie Policy

This section enables you to understand the origin and use of the browsing information processed when you visit our website, as well as your rights. Purpose of processing

The data collected in the registration forms and in the personal area is intended to track your participation in the event:
To send you information before, during and after the event via email and SMS, to print your badge and control access to the event, and to track event attendance statistics.
The main purpose of collecting personal data is to offer you a secure, optimal, efficient and personalised experience. To this end, you agree that this data may be used to:
  • provide and facilitate the operation of services, including by carrying out checks regarding you;
  • resolve any issues;
  • prevent, detect and investigate any potentially prohibited or illegal activities;

Retention period

Registration data is retained for a maximum of 30 months following your registration.
Contact details are retained for a maximum of 36 months after the last interaction.

Information on photographs and video recordings

Event participants are informed that they may be photographed for internal or promotional purposes and that plenary sessions and conferences are subject to live and on-demand audiovisual recordings on the conference platform.
